Lady Gaga used to be so pretty - before she put all that crap on

lady-gaga

Over-embelished pop-star Lady Gaga, used to be pretty. Instead of inches of make-up and desperate skimpy outfits, she used to look like this.

It’s weird because I always thought she was one of those girls who needed the make-up to cover up a not-so-pretty-face, I was so wrong.

Myspace have banned this picture of Ice T’s wife, Nicole Austin, better known as Coco. Who would have thought a website that has thousands of pictures of pre-teens in skimpy underwear does not allow grown women to show their bum crack!

Don’t get me wrong Coco is an abomination to women world wide, with her silicone emhanced bum, but there are so many more disturbing images on Myspace.

Recharge with a palm massage

Filed under: Life, Weird and Wonderful — Jess February 27, 2010 @ 12:47 am

hand-massage

There’s no easier way to relax your entire body than having a soothing hand massage. Hands, just like your feet, have reflexology points that stimulate various parts of the body. If you massage the fleshy part of your palms, at the base of your thumb, which, if tender represents the kidneys, stomach and adrenal gland.

Rub a little oil into your palms, the back of your hands, the lengthof your fingers and cuticles. Then hold your hands together with your thumb on your wrist and the rest of the fingers on the back of your hand, use firm strokes of the thumb from the wrist upwards into the palm of your hand.

Massage smoothly and trust your pressure accordingto how comfortable it feels. Pay extra attention to areas that seems particularly tender, keep massaging with sweeping circular motions.

A new way to ease yourself into a comfortable sleep is a simple cup of herbal tea. Whole-leaf verbana tea is said to help you snooze better than over the counter sleeping pills. So there’s no need to pump your body full of chemicals for no reason, just have some herbal tea.
