How to hide you worst bits - the attraction/distraction technique
Both men and women can benifit from using the attraction/distraction teqnique when it comes to chosing an outfit.
The attraction/distraction techniques works by finding your best asset and your worst, wear a bold and bright pattern or accessories on your best asset and wear a dark and subtle fabrics on your worst.
When choosing dark fabrics it may not always be best to chose black, it’s such a stong colour it can somtimes draw more attention, I find navy, brown and dark purples work most successfully - especially in the summer.
