Angelina Jolie has left hospital this morning and taken her twins home with her.
The hospital’s Web site posted the following: “Angelina Jolie left the clinic Santa Maria of Foundation Lenval around 4AM on July 19 with her babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. The mother and her babies are doing very well.”
According to sources on the scene, a Mercedes people carrier was spotted exiting the hospital carrying Brad and Jolie’s bags, along with children’s seats which were thrown in behind the driver.
Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins on Saturday July 12th. The Pitt-Jolie welcome a son and a daughter, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.
Angelina gave birth via Cesarian section at the seaside Fondation Lenval in Nice, France. Knox Leon weighed 5.03 lbs, while Vivienne Marcheline came in a tad lighter at an even 5 lbs.
“The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly,” Dr. Michael Sussmann told press. “Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well. The mother and father are very, very happy.”
The power couples doctor explained that “the Cesarean was moved forward for medical reasons so that the babies could be born in the best conditions.”
