Amy Winehouse cancells her concerts for the rest of the year because of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil

Amy Winehouse has canceled the rest of her concerts for 2007. As well as cancelling the concert dates, Amy, won’t be making any promotional appearances at all for the rest of the year. Amy has blamed her cancelations on the fact she can’t function properly with her husband being behind bars.

Amy posted on her website “I can’t give it my all onstage without my Blake. I’m so sorry but I don’t want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it’s just not the same,”

Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, was recently arrested for attempting to manipulate a witness in the trial for his 2006 assault charges.

Amy Winehouse needs more than the rest of this year to fix herself up, but if she’s cancelling concerts and promo trips at the age of 24 she can’t be serious about her career. We’ll see if she turns up next year I suppose.
