Mischa Barton out on bail

Mischa Barton was released from prison yesterday, at about 10 am her parents came to pick her up and drive her home.

Mischa is now a full member of the drugged up party girls scene that has hit L.A so hard. Mischa was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) like so many other celebrities this year.

Well known for smoking pot, Mischa has been told by friends and family she needs to stay on the right path and clean herself up before she ends up like Lindsay Lohan - just not as slutty.

Hopfully we wont see Mischa as stoned and drunk next year, or she’ll be in rehab by the end of January.
