According to Stateside reports Federline has been awarded full custody of their two boys Jayden James and Sean Preston with Britney receiving visitation rights. K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan revealed:
“Kevin was not out to get custody. Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent. He said I need to have Britney involved in the co-parenting of the kids but I need there to be a structure. The case has been settled but the court still has to approve it.”
The final court meeting will take place around 4pm UK time, 18/07/08. After the court have approved the case it will be shut and finally the Spears’ and Federlines can spend more time withe the kids they have been fighting for.
