Miley cyrus was spotted yesterday with her boyfriend, Justin Gaston. The couple were out for lunch with Miley’s dad, Billy Ray.
Miley told press that she wanted Justin’s initials in a heart-shaped tattoo. That’ll be one pissed off celebri-daddy!
